Cancellation Policy
Haven Salon reserves appointments based on the services that are requested. If a client cancels without giving us enough notice, or fails to show up, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
Please call (805) 969-0132 or use the link in your confirmation text or email to reschedule or cancel your service forty eight hours* prior your appointment. To cancel a Monday appointment, call the salon by 1:00 p.m. Saturday. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged for the scheduled service. Thank you.
*Wedding services require a two week notice for cancellation.
